We are HONGKONG BITPUNCH ELECTRONIC TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED, with our registered address at UNIT 135, 1/F., 143 WAI YIP STREET, KWUN TONG, HONG KONG (“we”, “us” or “our”). We operate the SiSi LiveScore mobile application and website at https://sisisoccer.xyz/ (together, the “Platform”), which provides football/soccer live scores, fixtures, statistics, and related sports information.
By using our Platform, your personal data may be processed. We act as the data controller for this processing. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why we use it, who we share it with, and what rights you have.
No betting or gambling
SiSi LiveScore provides sports information only. We do not offer betting, gambling, wagering, or paid prediction games.
No account required
The Platform does not require registration or a user account. We do not collect usernames, passwords, or social-media login data. If we introduce accounts in the future, we will update this Policy before those features go live.
If you have questions or wish to exercise your rights, contact us at billrichardbanks@gmail.com or info@livesoftwares.com.
We process personal data mainly for the following purposes:
•
To ensure the Platform’s functionality and technical operation;
•
To store your on-device preferences and favourites;
•
To deliver optional local match reminders (if you enable notifications);
•
To respond when you contact us;
•
To comply with applicable legal obligations;
•
To maintain security and protect our legal rights.
We do not run targeted advertising, marketing profiling, or interest-based ad tracking on the Platform. We do not sell your personal data.
Below we describe in more detail the categories of data involved, the purposes of processing, recipients, retention, and your rights.
Depending on how you use the Platform, we may process the following categories of personal data:
Technical data
Information generated when you access the Platform, such as IP address, device type, operating system, browser type and version, app version, language, time zone, and standard server or network logs needed to deliver content and maintain security.
On-device preferences and favourites
Settings you choose in the app (for example language, theme, week start, favourite leagues, teams, or matches, and notification preferences) may be stored locally on your device using standard app storage. This data is used to personalise your experience and is not linked to a user account.
Notification-related data
If you enable match reminders, the app uses your device’s notification permission to schedule local alerts before favourited matches start. These alerts may include match-related information (such as team names or kick-off time). Reminders are scheduled on your device for your convenience; we do not use them for remote marketing campaigns. You can turn them off in the app or in your device system settings.
Communication data
If you contact us through the in-app contact form or email, we process the information you provide (such as your name, email address, and message content) so we can read and respond to your enquiry.
Feedback and support records
Copies of messages you send us and our replies, kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any reasonable follow-up.
Records with identifiers
Pseudonymous or technical identifiers (for example session or request identifiers in server logs) used to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Platform.
•
Sensitive personal data (such as race, religion, health, or biometric data);
•
Precise GPS location (we do not continuously track your physical location);
•
Social-media profile data or social login credentials;
•
Payment or financial information;
•
Marketing profiles or advertising cookies for cross-site tracking;
•
Information about criminal convictions or offences.
We do not require access to your contacts, photo library, microphone, or camera to use the core features of the Platform.
Why We Process Personal Data (Purposes of Processing)
To ensure the Platform’s functionality and technical operation
When you use the Platform, we process Technical data and Records with identifiers to deliver live scores, fixtures, statistics, and related content; to keep the app and website running; to fix errors; and to protect security. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in operating a reliable and secure service, and where applicable on performance of a contract (providing the service you request).
Technical logs are kept only for as long as needed for these purposes, typically for a limited period (for example up to one month for standard access logs unless a longer period is required for security or legal reasons).
On-device preferences and favourites
We process preferences stored on your device so the app can remember your choices. This is based on our legitimate interest in providing a functional and personalised experience. Data remains on your device until you change it, clear app data, or uninstall the app.
Optional local match reminders
If you enable notifications, we process notification-related data as described above to remind you about favourited matches. This is based on your consent (through your device notification permission) and our legitimate interest in providing the feature you enabled. You may withdraw consent at any time through your device or app settings.
If you send us a message, we process Communication data and related Technical data to respond to you. This is based on our legitimate interest in providing customer support and, where relevant, steps at your request before any further relationship. We retain such correspondence for a reasonable period after your enquiry is resolved, then delete or archive it according to our policies and applicable law.
Legal obligations and protection of rights
We may process personal data where required by law (for example responding to lawful requests from authorities) or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. This processing is based on legal obligation and our legitimate interest in protecting our rights and users.
We do not process your data for:
•
Targeted or behavioural advertising;
•
Marketing newsletters or promotional SMS (unless we introduce such features in the future and update this Policy with a lawful basis);
•
Automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you;
•
Selling personal data to third parties for their own marketing.
Our website and app do not display third-party advertisements and do not use cookies or similar technologies for cross-site advertising or interest-based ad targeting. Essential technical storage on the web (if any) is limited to what is needed to operate the site.
We may share personal data with the following categories of recipients, only where necessary and subject to appropriate safeguards:
•
Service providers who help us operate the Platform, such as hosting providers, football data suppliers (for example API-Sports), infrastructure used to receive contact-form submissions, and providers of app update delivery (for example Expo);
•
Embedded or linked third-party content, such as video players or external websites you choose to open — those services process data under their own privacy policies;
•
Professional advisers (legal, accounting, or security) where needed;
•
Authorities or other parties when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security;
•
Successors in the event of a merger, acquisition, or business transfer, subject to this Policy or equivalent protection.
We require service providers to protect your data and use it only for the purposes we specify. We do not sell your personal data to advertising networks.
If personal data is transferred outside your country (including outside Hong Kong or the European Economic Area), we implement appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) where required by applicable law.
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against accidental loss, unauthorised access, alteration, or disclosure. Access is limited to personnel and contractors who need it for their role and who are subject to confidentiality obligations.
If we become aware of a personal data breach that is likely to affect your rights, we will notify you and relevant regulators where legally required.
We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.
•
Technical logs — kept for a limited period unless longer retention is needed for security or legal compliance;
•
Contact messages — kept for a reasonable period to handle your enquiry and follow-up, then deleted or anonymised;
•
On-device preferences — remain on your device until you remove them or uninstall the app.
When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
Depending on your location and applicable law (including the GDPR and the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance), you may have the right to:
•
Access — obtain confirmation of whether we process your data and receive a copy;
•
Rectification — request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
•
Erasure — request deletion of your data where applicable (“right to be forgotten”);
•
Restrict processing — request that we limit how we use your data in certain cases;
•
Object — object to processing based on legitimate interests, where the law allows;
•
Data portability — receive your data in a structured, commonly used format where applicable;
•
Withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent, withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
To exercise these rights, contact us at billrichardbanks@gmail.com or info@livesoftwares.com.
If you believe we have not handled your data correctly, you may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (for example the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data in Hong Kong, or the supervisory authority in your EU/EEA country if applicable).
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services (for example news sources or embedded video). We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please read their privacy policies before providing any information.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Where appropriate, we may also notify you through the app. Please review this Policy periodically.
